In seven sessions, we will walk you through the classic Pilates movements that will allow you to gain control over your body so you can feel energised, stronger and full of life. This is the foundation for your continued Pilates routine. If you already are a Pilates enthusiast, going back to the essentials of this sophisticated method is always a good idea. Eva Söderholm

After the family moved to Lausanne VD, Switzerland in January 2000 Eva continued heading projects in IT and Public Digital Development in Stockholm, Sweden. The constant traveling and running however took its toll on her body and Pilates finally became both the solution and new profession. Eva did her teacher training in Geneva with Swissbody Pilates and continued her training with BodyHarmonics in Toronto, Canada. She now lives in Stockholm teaching Pilates at Inmo, Pilates Söder and with Anna Grisotti. During summers she runs a pop-up studio in Torekov. She is passionate about Pilates, healthy living and her Italian truffle dog Svea. 

 

Kerstin Jacot

Twenty years ago, she was working in a high pace banking job in London. As a single mom, she was struggling with time management, looking for the most effective exercise to stay fit and healthy. A friend recommended Pilates and she began and fell in love. Ten years later, she did her teacher training first in Zurich with PilatesSwiss, then with Lolita San Miguel in Florida, USA. As a ballerina, Ms San Miguel were directly educated by Joseph Pilates. Kerstin runs a boutique style Pilates studio in Wollerau SZ, Switzerland. She is passionate about Italy, the culture and her Italian truffle dog Dinah.
